First of all, make sure that the environment in which the massage is being performed is calm.
Light the stove until you have enough liquid oil for your massage.
Move away from any distractions and put on some background music for added relaxation.
Remember to lay out a towel to prevent the oil from the candle from spilling out!
Once you've obtained the amount you need for the massage, extinguish the flame and pour the oil into the palm of your hand to check its temperature (it should be lukewarm). Apply the oil to the body using dynamic, relaxing movements. It quickly penetrates the skin without leaving a greasy film, leaving it deeply moisturised.
